Arab American Center

The Arab American Center (AAC) serves immigration applicants to the United States of America, representing them with the United States Embassy in Amman, Jordan. The AAC additionally assists Iraqi refugees in their applications for asylum with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The Arab American Center specializes in representing immigration and resettlement seekers to the United States of America. We are located in the Jabal Amman area of Amman, Jordan. Our clients include Jordanians and Iraqis seeking immigration to the United States as well as Iraqi refugees seeking resettlement through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Organization for Migration and local embassies. We work closely with various international, American and Jordanian institutions and organizations in order to assist those wishing to relocate to the United States. Our services include legal counsel, preparation of documents and assistance in filing for visas, permits, appeals, and waivers. Although the AAC began as an immigration office, the influx of Iraqi refugees into Jordan over the years made the needs of asylum seekers apparent. Since the late 1990's the AAC has used its legal expertise regarding immigration to additionally assist refugees.
