We are adept at the market analysis of global polished and rough diamond sales prices, trends and influences including the development of detailed pricing structures for rough diamond values ($ per carat) through the analysis of assortments by size, colour, shape, clarity and complexity to create an accurate rough assortment price book for each resource and accurately value all rough diamonds at the point of export to confirm that diamonds exported are declared at a fair value We are able to contribute to the implementation of actionable and effective measures to create financial transparency and compliance in the diamond industry and forensically audit and analyse the diamond miners; control systems, procedures and processes, to verify the integrity of systems and security of product With a proven track record in value creation, we can control substitution and shrinkage, train staff to do assortments in-house (limit diamond movement and exposure to third parties - security risk), optimise (manufacture sample assortments to establish accurate values and sell polished into the trade to create confidence and provenance) and audit the entire process from mine to point of sale, accurately value and sell all rough diamonds, develop a loyal customer base, optimise rough and polished sales income, defend rough tender reserves, add value and create additional sales channels through manufacturing, and manage the entire process to the highest international security, best practice and corporate governance standards.
