DESANT

Our long term goal is to provide a creative environment for new Slovak cinema to come to life by supporting young filmmakers with a fresh and original attitude towards cinema. We want to find new points of view, fresh themes and stories that are not only interesting for modern Slovak spectators, but also those that are relevant to the times we live in. In near future we would like to serve as an open platform for young, up-and-coming filmmakers. We aim for collecting projects and providing a suitable background for their production in one place. DESANT as a creative producer intends to support the work of promising young artists by thoughtfully choosing their projects with emphasis on the quality of provided works. We are open to coproductions and international collaborations, but at the same time we are not avoiding interesting projects that don't necessarily fit our main scope.
