简介 | GURARIDE, founded in 2017, is a Green E-mobility public bike-share (PBS) transport system company committed to the sustainability of Micro-Mobility in Africa with Rwanda being its first entry point. Our goal is the migration of transportation, using innovative technology, from fossil fuel-based vehicles to other non-pollutant means of transport. GURARIDE brings the benefits of a vibrant and unique technology taking over the first and last mile transport industries across Africa. We combine smart bikes, electric scooters and electric bike sharing in a single app to enable our users to choose their ride preference. GURARIDE is disrupting the transportation sector through the introduction of micro-mobility in the form of bike share to cities across Africa. Our aim is to make a lasting impact on communities, transportation sector, and fostering healthy lifestyles. GURARIDE will generate green employment opportunities, reduce carbon emission, overhaul car dependency, and improve health standards through riding exercise. Our innovation that's being introduced to Africa, starting with Rwanda, will solve the following problems listed below: • High rate of pollution due to carbon footprints • Negative impact of CO2 on the ecosystem • Traffic jam and congestion • Long line and queue at the bus stations due to inadequate number of buses • Overburdened Infrastructure • High cost of transportation (Taxi & Motorcycle) Our ride-share system, through the Public Bike Share (PBS) program, will address the problems in a way that citizens will have access to affordable Eco-friendly alternative means of transport. This will reduce congestions of motor vehicles on the road which in return reduces the carbon footprint left behind. GURARIDE is launching three types of e-bikes: 1. Smart Bikes 2. Electric Bikes 3. Electric Scooters |
