Today we are a leading force in trading industrial plastics in Hungary and manufacturing plastic parts for the most versatile industrial needs of customers in Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, and Brasil. Our Manufacturing team work on 9 CNC and 12 standard turning lathes in two shifts and enjoy a full support of a well-equipped measuring room and quality assurance. The CAD-CAM supported manufacturing field ranges from simple to high complexity parts and from unitary pieces to large series. Our Customers entrust us by annual purchase contracts and regular orders (Audi , Bosch, Bossart, Cern , Coca -Cola, Claas , Dividella, Knorr- Bremse ,MAV , Mediagnost , Mediso , Phoenix Mecano, Raba , Robot – X, Tungsram - GE,... ). We stock more than 20 different kind of industrial plastics in a variety of shapes, sizes andcolors. (PA6G , PA6.6 , POM , PE, PP, PVC , acrylic , polycarbonate , PVDF ,PEEK , Teflon , TEXTILE vinyl EP, GC -203 , CosTherm, ZX ...). Our special ZX ( ZEDEX ) branded plastic plain bearing materials ( ZX100 , ZX324 , ZX410 , ZX530 ... ) having excellent tribological properties, provide wide range of different heat resistance and surface load capacity.
