简介 | Whenever something goes wrong in an online transaction PACTANDA helps companies and consumers have an online dialogue in an environment of collaboration and trust. Our agreement oriented SaaS platform is easy to integrate with existing CRM processes and drives cost-effective win-win solutions. We protect brands in social networks and generate customer loyalty and up/cross-selling opportunities by turning bad experiences into good. PACTANDA, solving problems has never been this useful, fast and fun! The power and potential of PACTANDA come from the unique blend of change agents that are its founders. Each one brings specific, tangible talents, expertise and their own personal passion to one core purpose: problem resolution. PACTANDA aims to become a world-leading expert in dispute resolution. Consumer support systems and customer service orientation lag behind in the developing world. With more than 20% of eCommerce transactions in Latin America ending in problems, we target a fast-growing $10 billion initial market opportunity. Capturing 1-2% of this translates into revenues of $100 to 200 million. The medium-term opportunity, including disputes that currently occur entirely offline (e.g. tax & insurance disputes, fines) can drastically increase this market size. The PACTANDA team has helped solve more than 1000 eCommerce disputes for the companies adhered to eConfianza, a regional trustmark. Pactanda is targeting other trustmarks, online communities, market places and online vendors with leading-edge online dispute resolution (ODR) services. PACTANDA is poised to scale. In May 2014 we launched our beta version in Argentina with 86 world-class customers signed up through eConfianza. By end 2014 we expect to run a fully operational platform poised to expand first to Chile, Colombia and Brazil, and then the rest of Latin America in the course of 2015. |
