Psychological Care Reach Out Myanmar Team provide counselling, psychotherapy and psychiatrist consultations, as necessary, to individuals, couples, families and groups with various psychological and emotional distresses, via evidence-based practices and culturally appropriate approaches. 2. Consultancy We provide mental health related trainings, workshops and talks to different organizations including non-profit organizations and companies, along with mentoring and coaching support. Tailor-made sessions can also be arranged according to the organization's particular needs and request. Our consultancy services aim at supporting managers and supervisors responsible for management of human resources in a company or an organization, for the purpose of promoting workplace psychosocial wellbeing and productivity. We contribute advice and assistance to the managers in raising awareness, addressing and dealing with various mental health related issues in their workplace, through proper practice framework and strategy, followed by evaluation and review. Our Team also work in a consultative role for planning, implementation and evaluation of projects or programmes concerned with mental health support. 3. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) It is a work-based program designed to enhance the psychological, emotional and mental well-being of employees in order to have a productive and satisfied workforce. Reach Out Myanmar Team is able to provide the contract-based EAP services including individual and group process for the employees
