Dependable WellSense is a small client focused international health consultancy company based in Kenya, operating since 2008, providing personalized, high calibre, targeted consultancy services throughout the sub-Saharan region. We pride ourselves in being responsive and efficient. We keep our eyes set on the big picture while tending to the details with great care. Authentic We're based in Africa and able to work closely with organisations, donors and governments aspiring to make communities and their environment healthier, more resilient and capable of achieving optimal health. We factor the complex web of social, economic, political and environmental factors that influence health in the region into our approach. We know the health sector in Africa very well and can legitimately serve as the interface between our clients and the stark reality of health delivery for the masses on this continent. Based in Africa we save our clients the added costs of ‘out of Africa' air travel so there is more to spend on reaching those most in need. Quality We get our hands and feet dirty and we always go the extra mile to deliver the highest quality product - maintaining our intention of positively affecting the health of the most vulnerable populations on this continent. We reach far beyond the usual confines of traditional health consultancy and pride ourselves in our broad scope and innovative approaches, when meeting the unique needs of the client and their target end users. Often clients know what they want, but don't know how to get there! We help our clients reach further by stepping in with the context, the ideas, the evidence, the tools or the community perspective, in order to propel the project forward! We never scrape the surface. We apply the highest in-depth qualitative and quantitative research methods, while being open to variances and nuances inherent in this challenging work. We build deep-rooted capacity at every opportunity and we support you and your teams in making your project a long term success that has meaningful results for the health of your target communities.
