It is really difficult to meet your target price for USD 0.90/pc. I have checked with my director several times, and found it impossible to do it below $1. The only suggestion is changing the current TPR material to PVC, to reduce the cost. The pricing is better, but couldn't pass the Phthalate testing according to EU regulations. Will you sell these items to Europe? If the final destination is Middle East as your last order, the PVC is workable. I could do the estimate and send it to you for reference soon.
