如何向外贸客户通知邮箱地址变更？

一旦公司变更了现有的邮箱地址，或者因为某些特殊原因要弃用原有的邮箱，都需要在第一时间出一封正式的邮件通知客户。特别是当你离职的时候，更应该通知所有的客户和供应商关于你离职的情况和接手人的联系方式，尤其是邮箱地址。
