Alternative Content Foundation

Alternative Content Foundation is an independent, non-profit, apolitical research establishment. The foundation aims to create an effective dialogue between the government, communities, professional groups, unions, and associations representing different sectors of the economy, to contribute to the efficiency of public administration, reduce costs, and improve the quality of services provided by the state. Many professionals with years of experience and project implementation skills are willing to transfer their experience and knowledge to the public administration system, carry out joint projects, conduct research, and propose concepts for development and more effective management. The foundation was established with the conviction that the public administration system needs the support of successful professionals with competitive skills. The state doesn't have access to enough well-researched and sufficiently developed regulations. This, however, is an essential step to support the public administration system. Our aim is to have a developing economy, as well as honest and transparent government services of superior quality. We believe that only consistent, apolitical, and professional work, paired with the cooperation and solidarity between the state and field professionals can create a strong state. The foundation will take the following steps to solve the existing problems: - Field professionals will carry out extensive research. As a result, concepts and policies will be developed, and then provided to the interested professional groups, state, and local self-governing bodies; - As a result of cooperation with successful and skilled professional groups, programs will be proposed to the state bodies that aim to increase the efficiency of management; - Priority will be given to those legislative, economic issues, state operations where the efficiency, quality, and the costs can be improved during short term (10-14 months) programs.
