Anakando Media Group

The Anakando Media Group, was founded in 2007 by entertainment entrepreneur Mr. Alkiviades "Alki" David and is a rapidly expanding and innovative digital media company with global interests. Anakando's integrated strategy includes initiatives in Content Production, Acquisition and Distribution, supported by the company's advanced Entertainment Technology Platform. Anakando has grown dramatically to include a number of high-profile inter-related digital media and technology companies, including; FilmOn TV, a globally accessible IPTV platform which as of July 2014, services over 65MM unique visitors each month. ETV.com, established in September 2014, is an online platform that lets artists, businesses and consumers launch and monetize their own interactive pay-per-view events just as major corporations have for years, with rock concerts and sporting events. Hologram USA, a unique joint-venture partnership with the UK's Musion Das Hologram that develops digital resurrection performances, in collaboration with the management and estates of celebrities from the world of entertainment, politics and sports. And the world's largest digitally re-mastered collection of film libraries that are constantly being expanded, in addition to an extensive suite of proprietary technologies across the broadcast, satellite, gaming and IPTV delivery space. In 2013, the company's FilmOn subsidiary established a strategic alliance with Chinese company Lenovo, the world's largest pc manufacturer. The FilmOn TV app is now preloaded on every pc distributed by Lenovo globally, which from 2014 is expected to exceed 100-million annually. Anakando has its corporate headquarters in London, UK, with additional offices and technical infrastructure, satellite uplink and production studios in the United States, Switzerland and the Ukraine. Anakando will expand to Hong Kong in Q4 2014, as part of the group's China and Asia Pacific strategy.
