As a Tanti holding Company, Aspen is closely associated to the US $5 Billion Suzlon Group of Companies, the global Wind Energy major. The Corporate office of Aspen is located at Pune, Maharashtra. Aspen has developed three industrial SEZs at: - Waghodia, near Vadodara – Gujarat (Approx 285 acres) - Padubidri, near Mangalore – Karnataka (Approx 641 Acres) - Karumathamapatti, near Coimbatore – Tamil Nadu (Approx 377 acres) All the three SEZs admeasuring approximately 1300 acres are fully operational with ready- to- construct customized plots for industrial engineering Companies. Aspen offers land to potential engineering manufacturers with the competitive advantage of being in a SEZ. Aspen's integrated Facility Management (i-FM) team, a part of Aspen SEZ vertical, provides world class & cost effective facility management services for upkeep and maintenance of its industrial parks. The team assists in offering support services so that the clients may concentrate on their core business. Our FM services are presently available in four major states in India namely, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Gujarat and Maharashtra. Who can establish in SEZ? 1. Engineering goods and services meant for exports. 2. Auto & Auto Component manufacturers and exporters 3. Mix use industrial purpose SEZ incentives: • Duty-free import / export of goods & services • Single window clearance for Govt. Approvals through Development Commissioner (DC) office at SEZ and Zone level • Foreign Direct Investment allowed through automatic route • Staggered Income tax exemptions (subject to MAT payment and credit)
