At Blackbox One we can assist you with your operating discipline. In other words we can help you understand your operations by providing you with the confidence that you are indeed doing as you say you are and have a path for real development. Our owner and principal, Johnny Martin, worked for 30 years with BP and towards the end of that time was with the Safety & Operations Team in BP (2005 to 2008). His operational experience and ability to translate that into practical and pragmatic advice to the BP sites and operating entities is held in high regard. Johnny's depth of understanding of operational safety issues, process safety, and all things operating was extremely valuable to BP and to the organisations that were supported by the Safety & Operations team. He was a significant contribtutor with the development of the new company wide operating system as well as helping the operating community to value and understand the application. We've taken this knowledge to Scottish & Southern Energy where we developed their Safety, Health & Environment system focused primarily on our idea of promoting Safety from the System.
