Located in Boulder, Body Dynamics is a functional training fitness studio specializing in private Pilates sessions and private personal training, as well as, Pilates classes and other group fitness classes. We also offer therapeutic and corrective exercises, such as Pilates rehab, Pilates for seniors, and Mend Physical Therapy. Body Dynamics is a fully integrated and established wellness studio, providing clients/patients with: * Movement opportunities (Pilates, personal training, TRX, Vertical Method, MELT Method and fitness classes) * Physical Therapy provided by MEND Physical Therapy Body Dynamics is co-owned by acclaimed fitness professionals Lindsay Ross and Wendy McClure. Lindsay is an expert, credentialed Pilates Practitioner and Movement Therapist, with a degree in Dance & Kinesiology from the Univ of Colorado. She loves teaching Pilates reformer classes and specializes in post-rehabilitation and corrective exercise programs, especially for seniors. Wendy is a Certified (American College of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. She has over 20 years experience in the fitness/health industry, and has been named to the "Top 100 Trainers in the Country"​ list by Men's Journal for two consecutive years.Wendy's first love in fitness is helping people overcome obstacles. Both Lindsay and Wendy are certified at the "sports medicine"​ level in TRX Suspension Training.
