Aims of CALE • To develop a think-tank or centre for relational thinking in African societies in accordance with communal kingdom lifestyle and principles of the Judeo-Christian traditions. • To carry out relevant research and consultancy work that will inform African leaders about current trends in societies and help shape policy direction and decisions that promotes the wellbeing of all. • To train leaders of excellence for various sectors of life within the African context with a missional mandate to influence and change organisations and wider society. • To provide fora for engaging people at different levels of society in a vigorous conversation for adoption and implementing policies and practices that lead to the common good of communities and society. Our mission is to: 1. Equip people by training visionary and servant leaders 2. Engage people by promoting creativity and communal living principles 3. Release people by advocating for personal integrity and honesty in public life
