Its core activities are the organization of leading industrial trade shows in China and the representation of international trade shows. Trade Show Organizer: As a professional events organizer, CHC's involvement in tradeshows can be structured in various ways. Besides organizing our own events, we are very interested to organize trade shows on a joint project bases with local or international partners. Experience has proven that combining strengths of partners provides a solid basis for a successful tradeshow. In exceptional cases we can also be designated as partner for show management or project consultants. Representation of International Trade Shows: CHC is also the representative for all international trade shows of Amsterdam RAI in the greater China region. Not only do we promote the tradeshows to potential exhibitors, but we also coordinate and organize buyers' missions to the events we represent. Besides, we offer a wide range of relevant additional services to support the exhibitors and visitors in their preparation for the tradeshows. Such services include, hotel bookings, stand construction, visa preparation, VAT refund (upon return) just to name a few.
