We make an impact where it matters most, educating for the future. By nurturing a community of teachers as learners, we empower them to drive a culture which promotes lifelong learning. Whilst managing the APAC division of a leading global education organisation, EDP Group founder Stephanie Wright encountered a recurring problem; a lack of high-quality, accessible and affordable teacher training and professional development. In an industry that is already facing a global teacher shortage and uneven distribution of professionally trained teachers, Stephanie made it her mission to address the equity gap in education. In 2021, Stephanie founded EDP Group with the aim of providing all educators with the opportunity for lifelong learning. Together with business partner Daniel Boyd, Stephanie developed EDP Group's first venture, TeachUp, a multilingual online teacher training platform. The EDP team continues to develop innovative education solutions that benefit educators regardless of geographic location, language proficiency, or socioeconomic status.
