· Establishing operational & strategies by evaluating trends in the market, determining the demand and determining the production accordingly. Accumulating resources and implementing changes. · Maintain strong business relationships with key healthcare establishments. · Effective leadership to managers to execute strategy that will enable company to maximize assets, offshore manufacturing, shipping, supply chain/logistics and directions to all business functions in the commercialization effort. · Expand and protect the existing medical disposables/devices portfolio, build and maintain growing positive brand awareness with business partners and hospitals. · Establishing well-defined process and selection of manufacturing vendors overseas and in house manufacturing units, oversee the scalable manufacturing processes and increased economies of scale. Implementing strategies to improve quality, delivery, increasing sales and decreasing operational/inventory/manufacturing costs. · Authorizing imports/exports. Overseas manufacturing operations, including the services and functions provided by customs brokers and freight Forwarders. · Representing the company in international trade fair/shows, visiting manufacturing sites, vendors and customers in countries like China, Taiwan, Italy, united Kingdom, Lebanon, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea etc.. To enhancing the expansion of currents business and possible strategic partnership. · Provide necessary guidance to the departments and ensuring compliance with in the company for statutory and regulatory requirements of Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). · Authorizing with banks payments for relating to offshore manufacturing, LC's, etc... · Analysis of customer research, current international market conditions and local competitor information and directing the department managers in developing annual international/local marketing/sales plans.
