In connection with recruitment of professional manpower, Faroe Offshore Service handles all practical matters related to recruitment, selection, transportation to & from the site, all personal insurance for its employees and the provision of all personal protection equipment and personal hand tools. In close cooperation with NAV and Tax Administration in Norway, Faroe Offshore Service provides exemption from social security contributions for its employees where this is desirable, and calculate and collect tax for Norwegian authorities in accordance with current regulations.
