Feeding House Organization

Feeding House Organization (FHO) is a non-governmental and Not For Profit Organization, founded in January 1, 2008; registered and incorporated under the provision of Part2, Not-For-Profit Corporation of 1977 of Liberia, in May 16, 2014. The mission and vision of feeding house is to help meet the basic livelihood, health and agro economical needs of the rural women, youth and disable people. to help promote the rights of children and to provide protection for them in the southeastern region, through advocacy and sustainable projects. FHO envisages seeing it that rural women be self-reliance and there should be a medium protection for their children in the heath sectors, equal provision of food and education services. FHO's goal is to reach out to all rural dwellers and non-privileged children in addressing the basic needs and challenges of the less privileges in transforming them into practical solution. Feeding house organization also strives to encourage, promote and enhance sustainability of underprivileged, disadvantaged and less fortunate people especially community dwellers ( women, children and disable people) through its areas of intervention which give credit and value to individual skills and ability amongst community dwellers. Since its inception, she has provided some economic empowerment through agriculture; contributed to increase number of girls enrolled in school and provided pre-primary school opportunity for children through her advocacy program.
