1. To participate in planning trade promotion program for the sector and implementing other trade program of Ha noi city People's Committee for Trade Department. 2. To conduct survey on local and international markets to provide consultation, service and information for enterprises to develop local market, and further boost exportation and technology transfer. 3. To strengthen international cooperation in trade promotion among various cities all over the world and to promote development of e-commerce. 4. To carry out activities related to trade promotion and technology transfer for commercial sector of the Capital. 5. To assist anf provide consultation for enterprises: establishing representive offices in the local and foreign conuntries; establishing showroom to introduce local and international products. 6. To organize, assist delegations of various enterprises to conduct survey on markets, to participate in fairs, exhibitions on local and international commercial services. 7. To organize and welcome international delegations researching on local market. Holding talks on trade for local and foreign enterprises. 8. To organize conferences, seminars, professional training courses and providing commercial information for enterprises located in the area. 9. To coordinate with organizations or enterprises to organize commercial fairs and exhibitions according to schedule of Ha noi city People's Committee for Trade Department.
