The MacKellar Group is a privately-owned, committed, family business operating in Australia since 1966.
 MacKellar specialises in earthmoving, mining services, and large equipment hire and we provide heavy earthmoving equipment solutions for tough and uncompromising environments. We have a proud history working on both mining and civil earthwork projects around Australia and have two full service workshops. Our Nambour and Blackwater workshops provide in-house mechanical support and rebuild services to the mining industry, including rebuilding Caterpillar and Liebherr components for large mining fleet. Our company provides a flexible approach to mining and civil earthmoving projects, by operating as a sub-contractor or self delivering complete service projects whilst providing contract structures to suit our clients varying from dry hire, wet hire or complete contract delivery. Our earthmoving equipment fleet consists of 320 mining machines in Australia and an extensive range of small to large excavators up to Komatsu PC5500 and Liebherr 996B and Cat 6040 Excavators.
