Mentmore Studios refurbishes, manages and sub-lets commercial property to companies in the creative and hospitality industries. Our current premises are a 30,000 sq ft property between Walthamstow and Leyton in east London. We refurbished the property  extensively in 2016 splitting the building into 7 smaller units. It is now let to various companies on 5 year leases.
