Mind for Life is a charitable organization aiming at empowering individuals in underprivileged communities to acquire the tools to create real and tangible change in their lives, thus benefiting their communities and unleashing progress onto generations to come. We have a team of experienced natural health professionals with background in mental health, health and fitness, nutrition and naturopathy as well as a Psychologist. We aim to Provide the understanding of how the Mind, the Physical Body, the emotional and our mind set, it is related to a healthier and Fitter Life. Australians are facing an epidemic of people with Over Weight and Obesity issues, some already are suffering from Chronic Diseases related to Over Weight Problems. People are misunderstanding the confusing information about Diet, Nutrition, and exercise that is put out by the media on a daily basis. Individualised holistic treatment will form a basis of our services to help our clients not only gain a healthy lifestyle but to understand the driving factors behind the obesity epidemic and to avoid them, and the range of related health conditions.
