In the recent years and mostly following my clients' needs I established a more exclusive way of working as a broker and also as a project manager offering exclusive service on a tailor made basis. My aim is to represent my clients as their exclusive agent. I need to completely understand their requirements and their style in order to narrow my searches and suggest the right properties. This saves both parties a significant amount of time. Corfu is a relatively small island and having the right contacts after 7 years in this business makes it easy to find what I am looking for -sooner or later- even if I do not have it in my portfolio. In case of a plot purchase I am usually following all the way through by suggesting the right team to work with and by supervising the construction through to delivery. In this sector I work closely with the engineer and his team -on a turnkey basis- with who have already built a significant amount of properties. Therefore I have a significant portfolio to present to new clients and they also have the opportunity to talk with the different owners about their experience. You see working exclusively ended up in long term relationships and also in some great friendships. Following the cat's philosophy I work in a resourceful, relaxed, flexible and adaptable way which combined with patience, curiosity and some spirit of adventure always leads to a Nice Location.
