Osman Goat Farm has started operations in 1989 in Kangkar Tebrau, Johor Bahru. Started as a hobby in spare time, Osman Bin Cheya Kutty has bought five goats, cattle in the village to the ground behind his home. But the government's call to develop agriculture and livestock when it has aroused keen interest to become a full time goat herder. In 1993, with the help of the Department of Veterinary Services, he has brought in five dairy goats from British Alpine type from New Zealand and 10 goats meat from Jamnapari type. Osman was the first farmer in Johor who respond to the government in dairy goat farming. The cooperation and guidance from the Department of Veterinary Services Johor, Osman Goat Farm has begun to market its dairy and meat goats commercially in 1995.Starting from this, the Company's products have received overwhelming response from the local community. Government assistance in promoting goat milk has opened the minds of society to switch to goat's milk much better quality and nutritious than cow's milk. On this day, Osman Goat Farm has more than 500 dairy goats and cattle from British type Alpine, Anglo Nubian and Saneen, Jamnapari, Farel and other.
