Introduction
Process 5 Ltd was established in Baku Azerbaijan in 2011, by two experienced individuals (Adrian Hepworth & David Shaw) have between them more than 30 years experience of doing business in Baku, Azerbaijan and some of the surrounding countries, Georgia, Turkmenistan & Kazakhstan. Adrian Hepworth has had more than 30 years experience in the building and civil engineering industry, with 15 years in project management and undertaking an MSc degree in project management at distinction level. David Shaw has been involved in procurement management for 10 years.
Core business values are set around process implementation in project management and procurement supplies. All project management, procurement supplies & principles are based on PMBOK guidelines and best practices. We are offering a consulting service in project management, although we are established construction & civil engineering project management consultants, these principles of process can be applied to any project of any size.
We value in all our transactions the PMI code of ethics that are upheld and implemented; we value health, safety & environmental policies as paramount to our work ethics, we value stakeholder's relationships and partnerships, we build trust with transparency, honesty, respect, fairness, responsibility & accountability.
We continue to build our reputation based on core customer principle project values, by managing the triple baseline constraint, project budget, project schedule duration and project scope to the quality expectations, while implementing, safety, trust & fairness to successful deliver on projects.
