The sale of the Telekom subsidiary DeTeImmobilien to the Austrian company STRABAG SE has entered into force on October 1, 2008. The company, full service provider for all aspects of real estate, will be renamed STRABAG Property and Facility Services. STRABAG Property and Facility Services is a complete service provider for all aspects of real estate. Its service portfolio includes real estate management (including commercial facility management, space management, leasing and letting), technical and infrastructure facility management. With six branches throughout Germany, STRABAG Property and Facility Services ensures all customers country-wide presence.
