Share Our Selves (SOS) is a nationally recognized, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing high quality, comprehensive safety net services to the Orange County community. We are one of 300 health centers nationally to be designated as a Healthcare for the Homeless provider. SOS is a patient-centered medical home and values the concept of the right person, the right treatment, at the right time. Our Mission: We are servants who provide care and assistance to those in need and act as advocates for systemic change. Our Services: • Primary Medical Care including Pediatrics and Obstetric care • Dental Care (Pediatric and Adult) • Behavioral Health • Pharmacy • Case Management • Eligibility Screening • Emergency Financial Assistance for Rent, Utilities and Transportation • Food Pantry • Community Programs We provide services within orange county in 6 clinical sites plus a health mobile RV.
