Our services are as follows: ENGINEERING SERVICES: - turnkey product design (from idea to working prototype) - optimization of injection moulding (advanced Moldflow users) - casting and forming simulations (ProCAST, Abaqus) - structural FEM analyses (Abaqus) - 3D scanning and reverse engineering - optical 3D measurement and inspection - injection moulding services & rapid tooling (quick change molds, epoxy tooling) - technology transfer APPLIED R&D IN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES: - research lines: material processing, materials, industrial sensorics, LCA & LCCA analyses - experts in EU funding (FP7, Horizon 2020, Eureka, Eurostars etc.) - coordination of large and small projects - consortium building and project application TRAINING: - one day seminars - on-site training, tailored to customer's demands - organisation of presentational seminars for OEMs and cutting edge technologies (large contact base in Slovenia) NETWORKING: - promotion of members at home and abroad - statistics on toolmaking in Slovenia - national office for ISTMA international tooling association - marketing events abroad (company visits, fairs etc.) - 60+ member organisations (mostly toolmakers and material processors) - biennial international scientific conference ICIT&MPT
