JPB's vision is to build the power of those who have been denied it to challenge and change oppressive systems, and advance visions of a more just, democratic, and sustainable world. As part of The JPB Foundation's leadership transition under incoming President Deepak Bhargava, we are hiring for five new senior staff roles that will be key leaders in implementing the foundation's new vision and building a more just and equitable world. We are looking for people with significant experience leading social justice work in the field, high strategic acumen, powerful relationships, and joyful attitudes. The five positions are: * Chief of Staff * SVP, Program Strategy and Management * SVP, Democracy, Gender and Racial Justice * SVP, Community and Worker Power * SVP, Movement Infrastructure and Explorations We aim to have a fluid and flexible senior leadership structure and hope to find candidates who have experience across issue areas and could be a fit for multiple roles.
