The Nehemiah Company partners with local city and county governments in redevelopment of substantial, infill locations in the Arlington/DFW Metroplex, primarily focusing on housing. Principals Robert Kembel and Howard Porteus work in synergy with local municipalities, achieving both quality and long term sustainability. The guiding philosophy for The Nehemiah Company in the real estate business is to achieve superior returns for our investors while mitigating the risk with bold high quality projects on development sites in partnership with the local municipalities. Among other achievements, they managed development of one of the largest infill projects in the United States, in Arlington, Texas, and the first transit-oriented, master planned development, in Denton County, Texas.
