VALARS Group is an international agricultural trading company comprising its own agricultural and trading subdivisions. The company is guided by a team of qualified managers possessing wide business experience. At the moment VALARS Group represents a vertically integrated structure having 2 grain terminals in Russia (in Taganrog and Azov), 3 large linear silos in Russia and 4 linear silos in Ukraine. The agricultural subdivision of the company farms 340 thousand hectares of field in Russia and Ukraine. VALARS Group has its main trading offices in Lausanne (Switzerland), Moscow,Taganrog (Russia), Kiev (Ukraine) and Almaty (Kazakhstan). Taganrog oil terminal is a non-core asset of the Group. VALARS Group cooperates with its agents in leading countries importing Black Sea wheat. VALARS Group comprises a logistic company and 4 silos in Ukraine. Company's income for the year 2008 equalled USD 949,1 million. In the year 2009 VALARS Group is planning to expand its trading operations up to 4 million tons of grain sales volume, about 1 million of which will fall on company own production and to continue expansion of lands to be farmed by company's own agricultural subdivision up to 420 thousand hectares of field. In two years to come VALARS Group is planning to develop and to expand its own farming industry as well as to become a leading grain exporting company in CIS countries (Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan)
