ESCAPADE aims to help you to develop confidence to be the initiator, lead people and work in groups by discovering your internal powers. ESCAPADE designs outdoor activities that enable participants to effectively communicate, utilizing individual & collective strengths while progressing through a series of physical & mental exercises. The program is designed for the achievement of enhanced team work, smart decision making, trust building, creative problem solving, effective communication approaches, team interaction, motivation, better health & wellbeing, stress management, leadership & strategic thinking. Escapade is supervised by a highly professional and trained team. Though our services are new for Bangladesh, but we are working on those for several years.
