We give women-led social enterprises the finance they need to grow into sustainable businesses since they work tirelessly towards the same goal as ours- to alleviate poverty. We are supporting these women-led social enterprises by connecting their amazing products to good people like yourself who would rather much spend your money the better. We are on an active mission to advocate buying social by choice! By giving you an online pre-order marketplace where you can buy socially responsible goods, your money goes further into supporting the people behind the products. Your conscious decision to buy better with your money enables our women, and their families, more consistent livelihoods. Through the purchase of these responsibly-made goods, we champion the UN sustainable development goals (SDG), #1 No Poverty, #5 Gender Equality, and #12 Responsible Production and Consumption. Be inspired by two of our amazing social enterprises, Torajamelo and Kakrakoa. Torajamelo is helping women weavers build a sustainable source of income for themselves (and who now do not need to go into the sex trade), while Kakrakoa is empowering the local farmers in the rural villages with new skills.
