Autonomy Institute aligns government, industry, academia, and the public to create the policies, industry, jobs, and community benefits of autonomy. The Intelligent and Autonomous Infrastructure is the equivalent of the Eisenhower Interstate Highways. It will drive a massive resurgence of manufacturing, engineering, construction, installation, programming, and jobs of the future. Develop P3s to support Intelligent Infrastructure, Active Digital Twins, and Data Exchanges. There is a tsunami of technology coming to cities and it needs leadership to assure it meets community needs. That's where the Public-Private Partnership (P3) comes in to deploy Public Infrastructure Network Nodes (PINN).
