Founded by Aimar Lombard-Natheer who first got into business at the age of 15 and continued whilst doing his degree at Leeds University. Like most students he noticed how poor the majority of the accommodation was. But unlike most undergraduates he knew he could do better. So, he decided to something about it. Avenir Works has come a long way since that first student terrace house. With £75m of development either under construction or in the pipeline. We are achieving our aim of becoming a recognized major player in the north of England and beyond. We encourage an entrepreneurial culture at Avenir Works and support our teams' development to continually pioneer. Our integrated team work together throughout the development process managing the acquisition, funding, planning, design, construction and marketing of each project to the exit. Post-exit completion we also have our in-house management team to coordinate and furnish, along with ongoing asset management services.
