Since 1992 the Condor Group has grown to become one of the largest carpet producers in Europe. Yearly over 130 million square metres of textile floorcovering leaves our production facilities in Genemuiden and Hasselt. With a workforce of around 1000 employees, the Condor Group provides floor covering solutions for housing, offices, cars, gardens and sport fields. The Condor Group consist of six specialised companies. Known under the names of Condor Carpets, Vebe Floorcoverings, Condor Cartex, Condor Grass, Timzo and Edel Carpets, the Condor Group operates in various - mainly European - markets. The production takes place in own state-of-the-art production facilities that are coordinated in an extremely efficient way. Due to intensive cooperation and joint investments, they can offer top-quality Dutch products at an internationally competitive price. The Condor Group focuses on maintaining transparent and sustainable relationships with its suppliers, employees and customers to create sustainable value for the entire chain. Condor Carpets is one of Europe's largest carpet producers, supplying wall-to-wall carpet products for residential and contract applications. Vebe Floorcoverings is with more than 70 years of experience a world leader in the field of needle felt carpet, barrier matting, runners, artificial grass and carpet tiles for residential and contract applications. Condor Cartex is a highly innovative producer of semi-finished goods for first- and second-line suppliers in the automotive industry. Condor Grass produces artificial grass for landscaping, leisure and sports. Timzo is specialized in the production of polypropylene loop pile carpet. Edel Carpets produces high quality carpets since 1918. The collection consists of distinctive carpets – both wool and synthetic – for the mid/high end segment.
