EMCS was established in 2000 by current owner and Managing Director Steve George to fill an identified need in the marine industry worldwide for highly skilled, efficient/cost-effective and properly supervised labour for afloat and ashore repairs worldwide. Steve has over thirty five years experience in the maritime industry, from Chief Engineer to Technical Director. EMCS understands the business of ships and the sea, having wide ranging and extensive experience with owners, managers and operators of all types of vessels and off-shore structures and shipyards, vessel construction sites and repair facilities.
