Ennis was formally established in January 2017 and specialises in innovative engineering designs for both new and renovation projects in a broad range of residential, high end residential, commercial, high-rise and institutional buildings for clients throughout the Channel Islands. Our small, dedicated team have a wealth of knowledge and experience, yet undergo continuous specialist learning and professional development to ensure we are at the forefront of industry legislation, systems and trends. The team at Ennis have experience working with complex large-scale projects, as well as small-to medium-scale developments in a wide range of commercial, industrial, educational, retail, hospitality, and residential market sectors. Since inception, Ennis has been involved in numerous projects including engineering designs, assessments, condition reporting and large-scale high end private residential properties, many of which are still ongoing offering multi-phased and locational opportunities. Ennis is committed to providing value and client-driven engineering services and solutions. We provide a high level of integrity, professionalism and trust, and are committed to designing projects, from concept to completion, that maximise the value our clients derive from their investment. We enhance this process by arranging the projects ready for an asset management regime which ensures that all follow-on services, such as facilities management, can successfully maintain the assets.
