The Executive Latino Council was formed in January of 2022 by its co-founders Jose Alfredo Suarez and Ulises Ruelas with the focus of helping successful business owners identify key areas of improvement in their companies, network with other highly successful business owners, improve their company's bottom line and build generational wealth.
