Fire Circle Theater empowers people to engage in self-investigation and self-creation through spoken word poetry, theater, and the performing arts. We partner with schools and community-based organizations to offer educational programs that develop leadership, empathy, and personal artistic expression. Who We Are: We are a diverse group of performers and educators who believe that all people have a right to develop their own unique voice, and to experience the power of artistic self-expression. We believe that the way to build healthy communities is to empower individuals to investigate their own experience critically and express it creatively. Theatrical performance influences the way we feel about our own lives and encourages us to look at ourselves, but it never asks us to do it alone. Fire Circle Theater is always a communal hub for discussion.
