I am a qualified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, swimming coach/teacher, nutrition coach, behavior change specialist and mental health first aider. I am also a qualified teacher with 10 years experience teaching both the Alberta curriculum as well as International baccalaureate Primary Years and Middle Years Programme. My expertise include running successful fitness sessions for beginners through to experienced people alike. I have effectively run these sessions online and in person. I have experience presenting on aspects of mental health and wellness for large and small audiences.
