Training\• Short term courses for continuous education of development professionals\• Duration could vary from a few days to a few months\\III. Research & Consulting\• Create knowledge and build the domain of Development Management through grounds up research\• Help organization apply the knowledge through consulting engagements \\IV. Development Management Platform\• Offer development management professionals regular opportunities to share and learn \• Use platform as opportunity to socialize and engender idea of Development Management as a profession
