Founded in 1992 in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province and in 1998 the company's institutional reform was completed with the approval of the competent authorities. The company attaches importance to innovation management and has created more than 10 municipal-level and provincial-level construction methods and nearly 40 national patents. It has involved in compiling a number of local and national (industry) technical specifications. It has been the first domestic company to obtain the passive aluminum alloy door and window certification issued by German Passive House Research Institute.
