Legacy Health Services is a family-owned and operated post-acute care services company located in Parma, Ohio. Legacy Health Services manages over 1500 nursing home beds in ten nursing facilities that serve northern Ohio. With 2,500 dedicated employees and over 50 years of health care experience, we provide a complete continuum of care that includes skilled nursing, assisted living, rehabilitation services, and affiliates that provide full-time nurse practitioners, hospice, and home health care.
