How much do we balance physical, mental, financial and emotional health? Are we aware of how stress affects us? In the industry we work we all need to be madly creative to achieve clients deadlines + expectations, at the same time we need to cope with our personal challenges and goals. Our aim is to help other designers to achieve certain basic objectives, such as being able to recognize the areas where they don't have balance in their life, to be able to distinguish causes of imbalance, to establish fundamental boundaries between balancing work and personal time and to be able to use essential strategies to achieve a successful work-life balance. We are passionate about well-being and, like everyone, we have had lived firsthand many stressful situations in the course of our lives that have led us to realize that if we all don't deal with all this properly, we will see the consequences in our being: physical, emotional and mental, that are, undeniably, connected. We are truly interested in general well-being and in the diffusion of knowledge and awareness of everything related to it.
