Three major criteria need to be satisfied to be approved: a) Self Sustaining, show economic benefit for a period of 5 to 10 years; b) Economic Benefit, increase employment and maintain a higher level of employment for a sustained period; c) Social Benefit, improve quality of life of the community at large. This facility is available both Locally and Internationally. Minimum Project size is $20 million and preferred size is $200 million. The key feature is that this funding is Non Recourse, Non Repayable. Mining finance is also available under several different programs, Minimum loan is $50M for one of the facilities. An any "Asset Loan" facility is also available provide the Asset is worth $160M+, and a third facility has a minimum mine value of 1B for a minimum loan of 250M
