The businesses we invest in are generally characterised by a solid market position, a differentiating factor and ample growth potential. The latter may involve autonomous or acquisitive growth, either national or international. The NewPort team has a wealth of experience in supporting management teams in realising growth and value creation. We focus on investments in majority shareholdings in existing Dutch (often internationally active) mid-market companies in the manufacturing, business or financial service industries, and the food and packaging sector.
